Text
This act shall not become effective unless or until: 1. The State of Texas makes provisions for the sale of licenses in Texas that are parallel to the license authorized by this act; 2. The State of Texas provides for payment to this state of not less than seventy percent (70%) of all revenue collected by Texas for licenses parallel to the one authorized by this section; and 3. The State of Texas allows holders of the Oklahoma special Lake Texoma fishing license to fish the State of Texas portion of the lake without requiring them to purchase any other Texas fishing license.
