Text

A.No person may trap any furbearers without having first procured a license from the Director. A furbearer trapping license may be issued only to persons holding a hunting license applicable to their residency.
B.Persons excepted from the license requirements of this section are: 1. Persons holding a resident lifetime hunting license or lifetime combination hunting and fishing license issued pursuant to Section 4-114 of this title; and 2. Resident owners or tenants or the children of an owner or tenant, who trap on land owned or leased by the owner or tenants.
C.The fees for a license under this section shall be: 1. For residents: a. Nine Dollars ($9.00) for the use of twenty traps or less, and b. Sixty-eight Dollars and fifty cents ($68.50) for a professional trapper, defined as a pers
