Text

A.No person may kill or capture wildlife or take their nests or eggs for scientific purposes without having first procured a license from the Director.
B.A scientific purposes license may be issued to anyone sixteen (16) years of age or older when the Director is presented with: 1. A written testimonial from one well-known scientist or from any well-known scientific institution, the testimonial certifying to the good character and fitness of the individual; and 2. A signed application listing a. the species sought, b. the means to be used to take such species, and c. the reason for collection.
C.The annual fee for the license shall be Ten Dollars ($10.00).
D.Each license shall list the species that the licensee is permitted to take, the means of taking and the period during which such
