Fund. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Conservation Commission to be designated the “Spring Creek Watershed Study Cash Fund Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Commission from appropriations by the Legislature to the fund, and any money received as gifts, grants, or other contributions from public or private sources provided for the purpose of implementing the Spring Creek Watershed Study Act. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Commission for the purpose provided for in this act.
