§ 27A-3-3-303 — Filing period, notification and declaration of
Oklahoma·Title 27A Environment And Natural Resources
candidacy. Any person found eligible by the Commission to be elected a district director shall have their name placed on the official ballot, upon filing with the Commission a notification and declaration of candidacy, during the first two weeks in May. The notification and declaration shall be in the form prescribed by the Commission.
