- Cooperation with other state and federal agencies. The Department of Environmental Quality shall encourage, participate in and conduct investigations, training and demonstrations relating to: 1. The control of electronic product radiation; 2. The detection and measurement of electronic product radiation; 3. The effects on health of exposure to electronic product radiation; and 4. Safety and consumer protection in the use of electronic products. The Department of Environmental Quality is hereby designated as the official agency of the State of Oklahoma to cooperate with other states; the United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare; and other federal agencies in the administration of programs relating to the control of electronic product radiation which may be initiated under
