§ 27A-2-8-201 — Oklahoma representatives to Central Interstate Low-
Oklahoma·Title 27A Environment And Natural Resources
Level Radioactive Waste Compact Commission. The member of the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact Commission representing the State of Oklahoma shall be the Executive Director of the Department of Environmental Quality or the designated representative of the Executive Director.
