§ 27A-2-7-303 — Definitions.

As used in the Hazardous Waste Fund Act and in addition to the definitions used in the Oklahoma Hazardous Waste Management Act: 1. "Discharge" means any releasing, spilling, leaking, leaching, seeping, pouring, draining, emptying, dumping, expelling or any other emitting of hazardous waste into the environment beyond the confines of a licensed disposal site; and 2. "Incident" means any occurrence or series of occurrences which result in the discharge of hazardous waste which create an injury to any person or property.
