Text

A.A Director of the Air Quality Program shall be appointed and employed by the Executive Director and shall have the following duties and powers: 1. Perform those duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Executive Director and as may be required for carrying out the air pollution program of the Department; 2. Attend, or designate an alternate to attend, all meetings of the Council and the Panel, but shall not be entitled to a vote; 3. Serve or appoint a designee to serve as secretary to the Council and serve or appoint a designee to serve as secretary to the Panel; B. The Department shall: 1.
