A.The Department is hereby authorized to implement and enforce the provisions of the Oklahoma Uniform Environmental Permitting Act and rules promulgated thereunder.
B.In addition to authority under the Oklahoma Environmental Quality Code, the Department shall have the power and duty to: 1. Evaluate applications for administrative and technical completeness pursuant to requirements of the Code and rules promulgated thereunder and, when necessary to determine such completeness, request changes, revisions, corrections, or supplemental submissions; 2. Evaluate notices related to applications for sufficiency of content and compliance and require that omissions or inaccuracies be cured; 3. Consider timely and relevant comments received; 4.
