§ 27A-2-11-103 — Recycling initiatives - Cooperation of Department
Oklahoma·Title 27A Environment And Natural Resources
with institutions of higher learning. It is the intent of the Legislature that institutions of higher learning in this state, with the cooperation of the Department of Environmental Quality, conduct studies to facilitate the design and implementation of recycling initiatives.
