§ 27A-2-11-102 — Waste management public education program.
Oklahoma·Title 27A Environment And Natural Resources
The Department of Environmental Quality shall design and implement a statewide general public education program on waste management by 1992 with particular emphasis on: 1. Recycling; 2. Litter reduction; 3. Waste reduction; and 4. The management and disposal of hard to dispose of wastes. Any litter reduction program shall be developed by the Department in conjunction with the State Department of Transportation.
