Text
Any person who defaces a voting device, breaks, tampers with, impairs, impedes or otherwise interferes with the maintenance, adjustment, delivery, use or operation of any voting device or part thereof shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
