A.In each even-numbered year and at such other times as he or she deems necessary, the Secretary of the State Election Board shall cause to be conducted a training program in each county for precinct inspectors, judges, clerks and other precinct officials. B.
1.The Secretary of the State Election Board shall determine the method by which such training is provided, and develop the curriculum for such training.
2.Only persons authorized by the Secretary of the State Election Board, and instructed in a manner to be determined by the Secretary, shall conduct the training of precinct officials. C.
1.Persons attending such training programs prior to January 1, 2021, shall be paid Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) from state funds after completing such training, through a procedure prescribed by t
