Text
Return to county election board. In a declared election emergency, all ballots and all materials used in conducting the official count shall be placed in a ballot transfer box. The ballot transfer box shall be sealed in the manner prescribed by the Secretary of the State Election Board, and the inspector shall return it, along with all other election materials and a copy of each certificate of vote, forthwith to the county election board.
