Text

The secretary of the county election board shall have the authority to remove any precinct judge, clerk, other precinct official, absentee voting board member or counter at any time. The removal of a judge, clerk, counter or absentee voting board member shall be subject to the approval of the county election board. Written notice shall be provided to the person so removed.
