Text
The chair and vice-chair of each county election board shall be paid Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) per diem in lieu of subsistence for each meeting of the county election board and shall be allowed mileage reimbursement at the rate prescribed for travel by state employees. The per diem and mileage reimbursement shall be paid by the State Election Board, except for meetings chargeable to other governmental units as provided by law; provided, the State Election Board shall not pay such reimbursement for more than forty meetings per fiscal year.
