Text

Terms. The State Election Board shall appoint the secretary of each county election board for a term of two (2) years beginning May 1, 1983, and every two (2) years thereafter; provided, beginning May 1, 2019, the State Election Board shall appoint the secretary of each county election board for a term of four (4) years beginning May 1, 2019, and every (4) years thereafter.
