§ 25-306 — Circumvention of act – Teleconferences and

Oklahoma·Title 25 Definitions And General Provisions

videoconferences excepted. No informal gatherings or any electronic or telephonic communications, except teleconferences or videoconferences as authorized by Section 307.1 of this title, among a majority of the members of a public body shall be used to decide any action or to take any vote on any matter.
