A.The court clerk of the county in which a prospective member of a multicounty grand jury resides, upon receipt from the Administrative Director of the Courts of a list of prospective multicounty grand jurors residing in the county, shall cause such prospective jurors to be summoned for service.
B.Where an electronic jury management system has been authorized for use in the courts pursuant to Section 13 of this act, the Administrative Director of the Courts is authorized to issue and serve summons to the panel of prospective multicounty grand jurors utilizing the approved system. The Administrative Director of the Courts shall develop a standard summons form for multicounty grand jurors.
