§ 22-1306 — Certificate of sufficient cause - Proceedings by grand

jury or district attorney. If the magistrate return a certificate that there is sufficient cause to believe the corporation guilty of the offense charged, the grand jury or district attorney may proceed thereon, as in the case of a natural person held to answer.
