supplemental. All relief available in the courts of the demanding state and in the courts of the asylum state shall be available to the court of the asylum state in rendering its judgment and satisfaction of the judgment of the asylum state shall constitute a complete satisfaction of the judgment of the demanding state and the judgment so rendered may be enforced in either state. This act is supplemental to and not in substitution for the provisions of the agreement on detainers, including but not limited to sentencing, incarceration, probation, orders for restitution, suspension and enhancement of sentence.
