Text
The Governor or his designee may offer a reward not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), payable out of the State Treasury, for the apprehension, or information leading to the apprehension: 1. Of any convict who has escaped from a state correctional institution; or 2. Of any person who has committed, or is charged with the commission of an offense, punishable with death.
