§ 22-1111 — Bail for violating water safety law, Wildlife

Conservation Code or other bail laws - Deposit of operator’s license in lieu of bail.

A.Any person arrested by a law enforcement officer for any violation of any statute relating to water safety or for any misdemeanor violation of the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Code, in addition to other provisions of law for posting bail, shall be admitted to bail as follows: 1. By posting cash bail, of an amount as prescribed by the schedule prepared pursuant to subsection E of Section 1115.3 of this title, in an envelope addressed to the court clerk of the district court of the appropriate jurisdiction.
