Text

Supervision.

A.There is hereby created the Oklahoma State Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervision in accordance with Article IV of the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision. The State Council shall consist of the compact administrator who shall be a nonvoting member, the Executive Coordinator or designee of the District Attorneys Council, the Executive Director or designee of the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System and the Administrative Director of the Courts or designee, and five appointed members who, except for the initial appointments, shall be appointed for three-year terms.
