§ 22-1069 — Appeal not dismissed for informality.
Oklahoma·Title 22 Criminal Procedure
An appeal shall not be dismissed for any informality or defect in the taking thereof. If the same be corrected in a reasonable time after an appeal has been dismissed, another appeal may be taken.
