§ 21-993 — Evidence for prosecution - Accomplices - Immunity for

Oklahoma·Title 21 Crimes And Punishments
witnesses. A conviction for the violation of any of the provisions of this act may be had upon the unsupported evidence of an accomplice or participant, and such accomplice or participant shall be exempt from prosecution for any offense in this act about which he may be required to testify.
