boards prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possession any slot machine or punch board, or sell or solicit the sale, or take orders for the sale of, or lease or rent any slot machine or punch board in this state, and any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than sixty (60) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
