vulnerable adult.

A.Any person who engages in abuse, sexual abuse, or exploitation of a vulnerable adult, as defined in Section 10-103 of Title 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense. The person, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or be imprisoned in the custody of the Department of Corrections for a term of not more than two (2) years, or both such fine and imprisonment.
B.Any person who has a responsibility to care for a vulnerable adult as defined by Section 10-103 of Title 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes who purposely, knowingly or recklessly neglects the vulnerable adult shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense. The person, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00)
