1.No person shall willfully mingle any poison, Schedule I through V drug pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2-203 through 2-212 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or sharp object, or any other object or substance which if used in a manner which is not customary or usual is harmful to human life, with any food, drink, medicine, or patent or proprietary medicine with intent that the same shall be taken, consumed, applied, or used in any manner by any human being to his injury; and 2. Unless authorized by law, no person shall willfully poison or place any Schedule I through V drug pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2-203 through 2-212 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes or any other object or substance which if used in a manner which is not customary or u
