§ 21-799 — Robbery in the second degree a felony.
Oklahoma·Title 21 Crimes And Punishments
Any person guilty of robbery in the second degree shall be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense punishable by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary not exceeding ten (10) years.
