Fund. A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Office of the Attorney General to be designated the "Victims of Human Trafficking and Prevention Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received from penalties imposed by the courts on convictions of human trafficking violations and funds received from any other source, including legislative appropriations. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Office of the Attorney General for the purposes provided in subsection B of this section.
