Text

Any offense committed pursuant to the provisions of Section 652, 701.7, 701.8, 711 or 716 of this title does not require proof that the person engaging in the conduct had knowledge or should have had knowledge that the victim of the underlying offense was pregnant or that the offender intended to cause the death or bodily injury to the unborn child.
