§ 21-569 — Attorneys - Second application to another judge to stay

trial. Every attorney or counselor at law who, knowing that an application has been made for an order staying the trial of an indictment, to a judge authorized to grant the same, and has been denied, without leave reserved to renew it, makes an application to another judge to stay the same trial, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
