violation of bribery laws. All monies, properties and assets of any kind or character used in the violation of any and all of the bribery laws of this state, and which has been paid, delivered or turned over to any person, firm, corporation or public official, shall be forfeited to the state by order of the court before which the action concerning the person, firm, or corporation charged with such bribery has terminated with the conviction of such person, firm, or corporation.
