Text

Any member of any public body, such as is specified in Section 355 of this title, who shall be a party to any such contract or purchase therein declared unlawful, or who shall receive any money, warrant, certificate, or other consideration thereunder, or who shall vote for or assent to any such contract or purchase, shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense punishable by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00), and imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title.
