§ 21-350 — Seizing military stores.

Oklahoma·Title 21 Crimes And Punishments
Any person who enters any fort, magazine, arsenal, armory, arsenal yard or encampment and seizes or takes away any arms, ammunition, military stores or supplies belonging to the people of this state, and every person who enters any such place with intent so to do, shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M of this title.
