Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-320 (2026).

Text

Any person or member of any firm, corporation or association violating the provisions of Section 318 of this title shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, and by a fine in the sum of not less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
