instructions. Upon the effective date of this act, the minimum time-served requirements on sentences mandated by the provisions of this act, shall be included in the instructions to the jury during a criminal trial. If the minimum time-served requirements on sentences are included in the instructions to the jury in a criminal trial, the minimum time-served requirements shall be in the form of a percentage.
