§ 21-1755 — Toll house or gate, injuries to.
Oklahoma·Title 21 Crimes And Punishments
Any person who maliciously injures or destroys any toll house or turnpike gate shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of this title.
