§ 21-1752 — Death from displacing of railroad equipment.

Whenever any offense specified in Section 1751 of this title results in the death of any human being, the offender shall be guilty of a Class A2 felony offense punishable by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for not less than four (4) years.
