Text

Penalty. Any person who shall receive, transport, or possess in this state stolen copper wire, copper cable, or copper tubing under such circumstances that he knew or should have known that the same was stolen shall upon conviction thereof be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be confined as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, or shall be fined not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or both such fine and imprisonment.
