Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1699.2 (2026).

Text

Nothing in this act shall prohibit any of the following: 1. The use of dogs in hunting as permitted by the Game and Fish Code and by the rules and regulations adopted by the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission; 2. The use of dogs in the management of livestock by the owner of such livestock or his employees or agents or other persons in lawful custody thereof; 3. The training of dogs or the use of equipment in the training of dogs for any purpose not prohibited by law; or 4. The raising, breeding, keeping or training of dogs or the use of equipment for the raising, breeding, keeping or training of dogs for sale or show purposes.
