Text

A.Every person who is guilty of a Class B5 felony offense under any of the provisions of Sections 1694, 1695, 1696 and 1697 of this title shall be punished by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for not less than one (1) year nor more than ten (10) years, or a fine not less than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) nor more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
B.Every person who upon conviction is guilty of any of the provisions of Section 1698 of this title shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one (1) year, or shall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
