Text
Every person who forges, counterfeits or alters any postage or revenue stamp of the United States, or who sells or offers to keep for sale, as genuine or as forged, any such stamp, knowing it to be forged, counterfeited or falsely altered, is guilty of forgery in the second degree, a Class D1 felony offense.
