Text

Section 1550.29. A person who receives money, goods, services or anything else of value obtained in violation of Section 1550.29 of this title with the knowledge or belief that it was so obtained is, upon conviction, guilty of a Class D3 felony offense and is subject to the penalties set forth in subsection C of Section 1550.33 of this title.
