card. A. A person other than the cardholder or a person authorized by him who, with intent to defraud (1) the issuer, (2) a person or organization providing money, goods, services or anything else of value, or (3) any other person, signs a credit card or debit card violates this subsection and , upon conviction, is guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and subject to the penalties set forth in subsection A of Section 1550.33 of this title.

B.When a person, other than the cardholder or a person authorized by him, possesses any credit card or debit card which is signed or not signed, such possession shall be a Class D1 felony offense and subject to the penalties set forth in Section 1550.33 of this title.
