consideration. A person, other than the issuer, who receives, on giving of any consideration, credit cards or debit cards issued to any other person, whichhe has reason to know were taken or retained under circumstances which constitute card theft, is guilty of card theft and is subject to the penalties set forth in Section 1550.33(a) of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
