A.The Sexual Assault Forensic Evidence (SAFE) Board shall consist of seventeen (17) members as follows: 1. Four nonvoting members as follows: a. the President Pro Tempore of the Senate shall appoint two members of the Senate who shall not be members of the same political party, and b. the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall appoint two members of the House of Representatives who shall not be members of the same political party; 2.
