Text

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Crime Victims Compensation Board to be designated the "Crime Victims Compensation Revolving Fund". The Fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Crime Victims Compensation Board from any source excluding appropriated funds. All monies accruing to the credit of said Fund are hereby appropriated and, except for those monies specifically authorized by the Legislature to be expended by the District Attorneys Council for administration of the Crime Victims Compensation Board or operating expenses for administering federal grant programs, may be budgeted and expended by the Board for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the Oklahoma Crime
